There are sessions that simply resonate deep within your soul. I don’t mean to get too in depth here, but I could have sworn I was shooting a personal project for me when I began shooting E+R’s maternity portraits. I think I’m even more so connected now that I have become a mama myself. Clearly Errin is gorgeous, but there was something else exuding from her during our session — the pregnancy glow is real, folks.
We began their lifestyle session in their living room and I loved how the light was pouring in from the window — so much so that I did not close the curtains for more even light. Typically I shy away from shadows, but here, these just felt real to me. I asked them to do what they normally do, and Richard began rubbing his wife’s feet. Good hubby. 🙂
And so we began.

And then moved into the master bedroom. Again with the light!

And then we popped outside to catch the golden hour. I told you. It was like I orchestrated this!
